The service
AccessLantern provides accessibility assessment, remediation workflow, and reporting tools. It is provided "as is" during trial periods, with service levels defined per subscription plan.
No legal guarantee
Use of the platform, including any generated score, finding, or report, does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with the ADA, Section 508, or any other law or regulation.
Acceptable use
Customers may only use the crawler and file-processing features against properties and documents they own or are authorized to test.
Data ownership
Customers own the content they submit and the findings generated about it, and may export that data during the retention window that follows cancellation.
