This page summarizes how AccessLantern handles personal data. It is provided for transparency and does not replace a formal, counsel-reviewed privacy policy for a production deployment.
What we collect
Account information you provide (name, email), organizational membership and role, and usage/audit metadata needed to operate the platform - crawl targets, scan history, and findings for the properties you register.
What we don't do
We do not use customer content - crawled pages, uploaded documents, or scan results - to train shared models, and we do not sell personal data.
Data retention
Retention windows for scan evidence, documents, and audit history are configurable per organization. If you cancel, you retain the ability to export your own data through the configured retention window.
